How to make an appointment
It is currently difficult to make appointments due to the many patients coming to the clinic. We ask that you make an appointment well in advance.
If you come to the clinic without an appointment, we will only offer the date and time that is vacant at the time of your visit. Please note that appointments for the day are filled and you may not be able to see a doctor even if you come to the clinic directly.
If you need urgent medical services, we may refer you to a nearby clinic.
(1) Appointment
We have adopted a system called the "time slot appointment system" in order to shorten the waiting time and improve convenience for our patients.
What is "Time Zone Reservation System"?
We have a 30-minute "time slot appointment system"; we accept multiple appointments every 30 minutes.
For example, an appointment from 9:00am will be scheduled for 9:00-9:30am. However, please note that depending on the availability of the appointment, we may not be able to start seeing you at the scheduled time.
All first-time patients are asked to fill out a medical history form.
It can be downloaded from our website. If you are able to print it out, please print it out and fill it out beforehand.
(2) Important points to consider when using this service
Please note that you may not be able to use internet reservations with mobile phones released before 2009.
In this case, you can use your registered email address and password to log in from your computer.
The "estimated consultation time" is a rough estimate calculated by the system. Please note that the "estimated time" is calculated by the system and may vary depending on actual conditions.
If you change your phone model or email address, please confirm your password before you use the system. You can check your password at "My Page".

Appointments can be made by phone on weekdays from 9:30 to 17:00, but please note that we are closed for lunch from 12:30 to 14:00.
