We provide removals for people who had subcutaneous birth control implants inserted abroad, such as the Implanon or Nexplanon.

If you wish to have them removed, please make an appointment online.

We offer this procedure to those who wish to conceive, no longer need contraception, or have expired and wish to change to another method of contraception.

Contraceptive implants are not available in Japan, so we do not insert new implant.

When removal, local anesthesia is administered and a small incision is made.  Complications may include bleeding, infection, and failure (unable to remove). In such cases, we will consult an appropriate medical facility.The cost is 15,000 yen + consultation fee at your own expense.
